We do not sell hormones or supplements, and we do not recommend any. Nothing in these files replaces a conversation with a licensed clinician who knows your history.

The If File

The If File is not a will, a trust, or legal advice. It transfers nothing and decides nothing. It has no legal weight.

It is a note to the people who would otherwise be searching your desk. If you want a will or a trust, speak to a lawyer licensed in your state.

The Parent File

The Parent File is an organizer for care information. It is not medical or legal advice.

Our documents never ask for passwords. They ask where your password manager lives, so the right person can find it. Do not write passwords into these files.

Payments

You will not be charged on this site during the validation phase. The checkout buttons record interest and hold a founding price. No payment method is collected and no charge is made.
